I second Winn's request. The documentation on the Charlotte-Mecklenburg site requires some secret decoder ring or something to understand. If I'm reading the zoning application correctly, they're asking to be able to reduce the number of parking spaces so they can add bathrooms onto the back of the existing building. Cajun Queen folks were supposed to be at the ECA meeting tonight, but I had to leave before they took the floor. Anybody?
