Is it hard to retrofit or give an old building a new use? Hard to say when an entity reaches ...Does CMC care? Hard to say when an entity reaches that size. Could we make it care? I think we could. It's up to us to pay attention to what they're up to in our neighborhood and force them to change and grow in a way that protects what we love about this neighborhood. Certainly I had no idea what they had planned at Mercy -- and I still don't know what's going to go there.
